Prayer Request

One of the sons of some dear friends is a Marine. He is on 'Presidential Duty' which basically means he is one of the President's bodyguards. He served President Bush, and we just learned today through the family Christmas newsletter that he has stayed on and is serving President Obama as well. PLEASE PRAY that he will be able to have an influence on the President and his family! He plays basketball with the president, and the president's two little daughters think he's "cool" because he can do backflips on their trampoline (!) so he is in close contact with them. He is a fine Christian young man, Godly and dedicated, so please pray he will be wise and know how to use his words, time, and opportunities with them wisely! He will be transfering to North Carolina sometime in January, so the time is short. I have prayed many times for the salvation of the President, and I don't know why I hadn't thought of this friend being right there before! Now time is so short (well, at least the time he has there is) and it would be such a great thing if this dear friend would have the honor and blessing of leading this ungodly and infuential man to Christ!
