Bucket List

I've been hearing about "Bucket Lists" pretty much ever since I've been in the blog world. But for months I kept wondering, "What on earth is a 'bucket list'?!" Finally I looked it up.
Basically, a 'bucket list' is a list of things you want to do before you die.
I've had one of those forever! I got the idea of actually writing it down from this page on this blog.
So, just for fun, here is my Bucket List. The entries are not listed in order of importance. To be edited, revised, added to, taken from, etc., as the need presents itself. Things I've done will be crossed out and dated. Enjoy ;) .

1. Mail a package to a soldier. Christmas, 2007 - to the son of some friends.

2. Go skydiving.

3. Visit Washington D.C.

4. Go to a drive-in movie.

5. Jump into a pool or lake with every-day clothes on. June 30, 2013 - jumped off a boat into the local lake at a church fellowship picnic.

6. Go to Scotland.

7. Become good friends with a Christian young man - or young men - who is/are not related to me and who has/have no romantic interest in the relationship. Began in February of 2009 when my family joined Victory Rd. and I met my dear brothers there.

8. Ice skate. Dec. 30, 2016 - Dad, Mom, Trissy, and I went together. It was a somewhat shaky experience, but fun too!
